Course fees must be paid prior to your scheduled class. Your certification will not be issued until any outstanding balance is paid in full. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you certify that you are the cardholder or an authorized user on the account. You will not be eligible to have it reinstated. You may, however, at the discretion of ESC staff, be permitted to complete the certification course and exam again, after paying the full price for the course and a minimum fee of $50. If we choose to permit you to retake the course, you will be required to provide the payment via cashier’s check or money order prior to processing your registration. Cashier’s checks or money orders must be mailed to 3229 Pine St., Everett, WA 99201.
