What counts as a late arrival is at the discretion of the instructor. Depending on the circumstances, students who only attend part of a class may also count as a no-show.

Technology

If you are attending an online course, it is your responsibility to ensure you’re able to login to your scheduled class. For more detailed information on technology requirements, please see the terms and conditions in your course confirmation email. Troubleshooting and/or setup should be done in advance of the scheduled course date. Please contact us at the number or email above to arrange a time to address technology issues or concerns.

Cheating

Anyone caught cheating during the exam portion of the class will be disqualified and dismissed from class without a refund. At the discretion of ESC staff and your instructor, you may be permitted to schedule a time to retake the exam for a minimum fee of $50, or you may be required to pay to attend the full course.

Behavior

Disrespectful, disruptive, and otherwise inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in your removal from class, or, in some cases, may result in disqualification from Evergreen Safety Council certification programs entirely.

Payment

Course fees must be paid prior to your scheduled class. Your certification will not be issued until any outstanding balance is paid in full. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you certify that you are the cardholder or an authorized user on the account. You confirm that you understand that you are not purchasing a certification, and that your failure to meet the requirements makes you ineligible for a refund.  Furthermore, any fraudulently disputed charges will result in your certification being revoked immediately. You will not be eligible to have it reinstated. You may, however, at the discretion of ESC staff, be permitted to complete the certification course and exam again, after paying the full price for the course and a minimum fee of $50. If we choose to permit you to retake the course, you will be required to provide the payment via cashier’s check or money order prior to processing your registration. Cashier’s checks or money orders must be mailed to 3229 Pine St., Everett, WA 99201.
